Nice cozy and beautifully maintained rooms with coffee, an iron and a writing desk, etc. Perfect view of the sea. Good location to a river which was well worth the extra, in the absolutely stunning area.

The location was good for traveling around Liverpool, short walk to all the museums as well as museums on the docks. The staff was mostly pleasant and incredibly welcoming, offered us wake up service and ironing free of charge.

Great hotel, nice space, fab service and even got cheese on toast and a drink served in the bar at 3am! Highly recommended.
It was very busy and the girls behind reception can get a little hassled. but overall, they are great. A very nice spot indeed.

On arriving at the hotel, the staff were exceptionally efficient and accommodating, the car parking facilities were excellent the location of the hotel was excellent and in a short distance of the local amenities and attractions. Excellent provisions for bathing facilities and toiletry provisions were faultless.
The restaurant menu as it was for an acquired taste, the was limited options to suite all guests. The mini bar was overpriced and little variety also the car parking prices were expensive. The room was comfortable however the interior was just an upgrade from a standard travel lodge room.

The room and the bathroom especially were lovely.
The location felt a bit scruffy.

The decor of hotel
The tvs in the room had poor reception. Wouldve been good to have more channels, considering the cost per room at the hotel. There was a lot of construction occurring at the hotel, which did spoil the stay a little

Comfort, decor, bath and shower
Very annoying to pay £15 a day car parking which should be free given the cost of the room similarly, breakfast - way too expensive

The room was beautifully designed and luxurious. The shower was amazingly powerful and there was also a separate hot-tub for a soothing bath. We had a corner room on the 6th floor with a view of the Liver building. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. I love mal. (The renovations outside the building in no way detracted from our stay). It was perfectly indulgent.
Parking is expensive.

The hotel design was amazing and my husband commented on how well I had done on booking the place as soon as we walked through the door. We had a standard double room, but it felt more like a superior room, really large and with an impressive bathroom, excellent value for money.
The hotel was covered in scaffolding, which didn't make a good first impression and obstructed our view of the water, but this wasn't a problem for us too much. We found the waitresses at dinner surly, the staff generally let the place down a bit.
